In short
The app saves your game on your device so you can continue after a break or a crash. These data stay on your device. The app has no account, needs no internet connection and does not send any data to us or to third parties. We only receive data if you write to us yourself, for example with "Report a bug".
What the app stores on your device
To make the game work, the app automatically stores the following on your device only:
- the current game, saved after every action (player names, chosen classes, mode such as soft drink mode, quest progress, language), so you can tap "Continue" after a break or a crash;
- heroes you have already entered on the group screen before the game starts;
- which cards of a quest you have already played, so they do not repeat too soon;
- small notes: which hints you have already seen, and whether the app has already asked you once for a rating.
The age question is asked at every start and your answer is not stored. Only you have access to these data; we cannot see them. The saved game is deleted when you complete the quest and is replaced when you start a new game. You can delete everything at any time by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.
Report a bug and emails
"Report a bug" opens your own email app with a prepared message. Besides your description, it contains only technical game details: quest, act, card, mode, number of players and language, but no player names. Nothing is sent until you send the email yourself. If you email us, we receive your email address and your message and use them only to answer you and fix the problem. We do not pass them on and delete them once the matter is settled. Our mailbox is hosted by Proton AG, Switzerland. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering your request).
Sharing and ratings
If you tap "Send to a friend" or "Share hero certificate", the app opens your device's share menu with an invitation text or a picture of your certificate (which shows the hero names). What you share and with whom is up to you; the app itself sends nothing. The rating request is shown by Apple or Google; your rating goes directly to them.
No analytics, no ads
The app contains no analytics or tracking tools, no advertising and no third-party services that collect data.
App stores
When you download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google process data such as your account and device data under their own responsibility and privacy policies. Crash reports you choose to share in your device settings are provided to us by the stores in anonymized form.
Age limit
The app is intended only for adults of legal drinking age in their country, and in any case at least 18 years old.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Residents of California and other US states have similar rights under local law. Apart from emails you send us, we store no data about you.
Changes
If the app gets new features that process data, we will update this policy beforehand.

Kurz gesagt
Die App speichert euer Spiel auf deinem Gerät, damit ihr nach einer Pause oder einem Absturz weiterspielen könnt. Diese Daten bleiben auf dem Gerät. Die App hat kein Konto, braucht kein Internet und sendet keine Daten an uns oder an Dritte. Wir erhalten nur dann Daten, wenn du uns selbst schreibst, zum Beispiel über „Fehler melden“.
Was die App auf deinem Gerät speichert
Damit das Spiel funktioniert, speichert die App automatisch und nur auf deinem Gerät:
- das laufende Spiel, nach jeder Aktion (Spielernamen, gewählte Klassen, Modus wie Softdrink-Modus, Fortschritt in der Quest, Sprache), damit ihr nach einer Pause oder einem Absturz mit „Weiterspielen“ fortsetzen könnt;
- Helden, die ihr vor dem Start schon in der Gruppe eingetragen habt;
- welche Karten einer Quest ihr schon gespielt habt, damit sie sich nicht zu schnell wiederholen;
- kleine Merker: welche Hinweise du schon gesehen hast und ob die App schon einmal um eine Bewertung gebeten hat.
Die Altersfrage kommt bei jedem Start neu, deine Antwort wird nicht gespeichert. Auf diese Daten hast nur du Zugriff, wir sehen sie nicht. Der Spielstand wird gelöscht, wenn ihr die Quest schafft, und durch ein neues Spiel ersetzt. Alles zusammen kannst du jederzeit löschen, indem du die App-Daten löschst oder die App deinstallierst.
Fehler melden und E-Mails
„Fehler melden“ öffnet deine eigene Mail-App mit einer vorbereiteten Nachricht. Darin stehen neben deiner Beschreibung nur technische Angaben zum Spiel: Quest, Akt, Karte, Modus, Zahl der Spieler und Sprache, aber keine Spielernamen. Gesendet wird erst, wenn du die Mail selbst abschickst. Schreibst du uns, erhalten wir deine E-Mail-Adresse und deine Nachricht und nutzen sie nur, um dir zu antworten und den Fehler zu beheben. Wir geben sie nicht weiter und löschen sie, wenn die Sache erledigt ist. Unser Postfach liegt bei Proton AG, Schweiz. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (Bearbeitung deiner Anfrage).
Teilen und Bewerten
Wenn du auf „Einem Freund schicken“ oder „Heldenurkunde teilen“ tippst, öffnet die App das Teilen-Menü deines Geräts mit einem Einladungstext oder einem Bild der Urkunde (darauf stehen die Heldennamen). Was du teilst und mit wem, entscheidest du; die App selbst sendet nichts. Die Bitte um eine Bewertung zeigen Apple bzw. Google an, deine Bewertung geht direkt an sie.
Keine Analyse, keine Werbung
Die App enthält keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Werkzeuge, keine Werbung und keine Drittanbieter-Dienste, die Daten erheben.
App Stores
Beim Herunterladen über den Apple App Store oder Google Play verarbeiten Apple bzw. Google Daten wie deine Konto- und Gerätedaten in eigener Verantwortung. Es gelten deren Datenschutzbestimmungen. Absturzberichte, die du in den Geräteeinstellungen freigibst, stellen uns die Stores anonymisiert zur Verfügung.
Altersgrenze
Die App richtet sich ausschließlich an Erwachsene, die in ihrem Land Alkohol trinken dürfen, mindestens aber 18 Jahre alt sind.
Deine Rechte
Nach der DSGVO hast du das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch sowie das Recht auf Beschwerde bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde. Außer E-Mails, die du uns schickst, speichern wir keine Daten über dich.
Änderungen
Wenn die App neue Funktionen bekommt, die Daten verarbeiten, passen wir diese Erklärung vorher an.

En resumen
La app guarda vuestra partida en tu dispositivo para que podáis seguir después de una pausa o un cierre inesperado. Estos datos se quedan en el dispositivo. La app no tiene cuenta, no necesita internet y no envía datos ni a nosotros ni a terceros. Solo recibimos datos si nos escribes tú, por ejemplo con «Informar de un error».
Qué guarda la app en tu dispositivo
Para que el juego funcione, la app guarda automáticamente y solo en tu dispositivo:
- la partida en curso, después de cada acción (nombres de los jugadores, clases elegidas, modo como el modo sin alcohol, progreso en la misión, idioma), para que podáis tocar «Continuar» tras una pausa o un cierre inesperado;
- los héroes que ya habéis añadido al grupo antes de empezar;
- qué cartas de una misión ya habéis jugado, para que no se repitan demasiado pronto;
- pequeñas notas: qué consejos ya has visto y si la app ya te ha pedido una valoración.
La pregunta de edad aparece en cada inicio y tu respuesta no se guarda. Solo tú tienes acceso a estos datos; nosotros no los vemos. La partida guardada se borra cuando superáis la misión y se sustituye al empezar una nueva. Puedes borrarlo todo en cualquier momento borrando los datos de la app o desinstalándola.
Informar de un error y correos
«Informar de un error» abre tu propia app de correo con un mensaje preparado. Además de tu descripción, solo contiene datos técnicos de la partida: misión, acto, carta, modo, número de jugadores e idioma, pero ningún nombre de jugador. No se envía nada hasta que tú mandes el correo. Si nos escribes, recibimos tu dirección de correo y tu mensaje y los usamos solo para responderte y corregir el error. No los cedemos a nadie y los borramos cuando el asunto está resuelto. Nuestro buzón está alojado en Proton AG, Suiza. La base jurídica es el art. 6.1.f del RGPD (atender tu solicitud).
Compartir y valorar
Si tocas «Enviar a un amigo» o «Compartir diploma de héroe», la app abre el menú de compartir de tu dispositivo con un texto de invitación o una imagen del diploma (en la que aparecen los nombres de los héroes). Tú decides qué compartes y con quién; la app no envía nada por sí misma. La petición de valoración la muestran Apple o Google, y tu valoración va directamente a ellos.
Sin análisis ni publicidad
La app no contiene herramientas de análisis ni de seguimiento, ni publicidad, ni servicios de terceros que recojan datos.
Tiendas de apps
Al descargar la app desde el App Store de Apple o Google Play, Apple o Google tratan datos como los de tu cuenta y tu dispositivo bajo su propia responsabilidad y según sus políticas de privacidad. Los informes de errores que autorices en los ajustes del dispositivo nos llegan de las tiendas de forma anónima.
Edad mínima
La app está pensada solo para adultos que tengan la edad legal para beber alcohol en su país y, en cualquier caso, al menos 18 años.
Tus derechos
Según el RGPD tienes derecho de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación del tratamiento, portabilidad y oposición, así como a presentar una reclamación ante una autoridad de protección de datos. Aparte de los correos que nos envíes, no guardamos datos sobre ti.
Cambios
Si la app recibe nuevas funciones que traten datos, actualizaremos antes esta política.
